The property is located on the outskirts of the village of Tarmonbarry off the main N5 Longford/Tarmonbarry Rd. Located approximately 8km from Longford town and within easy reach of both the M4 and M6 motorways. The M4 is the main route access to Dublin via the M4/N4, with the M6 providing access to Galway via the N55 to Athlone.

Mashup Group acquired Fisherstown Property Holdings Limited FPHL, the company that owns the factory, from former owners on October 2021.
The Former Atlantic Mills Facility at Fisherstown, County Longford was built in circa 1978. Used as a denim factory up until 1999. Part of the property was used for manufacturing bathroom pods till 2008.
